How to Get A Refund for Automatic Renewal Product?

When 1 Year License or 1 Month License expires, the product will be renewed automatically if you don't cancel the 1 Year Subscription manually. According to our Refund Policy, please kindly understand that a refund for the automatic renewal product is not supported. Here's why:

Once the order is complete, an email with the subject "Your order on www.coolmuster.com/: Product and payment information" will be sent from the payment platform - 2Checkout (now Verifone) <support@2checkout.com>, telling you how to manage your subscription.

7 days before your subscription expires, 2Checkout (now Verifone) <no-reply@2checkout.com> will send you a rebill reminder email with the subject "renewal notification" to inform you of expiration and renewal.

If you meet the refund requirements of our Refund Policy and would like to get a refund, please follow the steps in "How Can I Get A Refund?" to submit a refund request, we will deal with it as soon as possible.
