To transfer Line messages from your iPhone to computer, you can make a backup of Line messages and their attachments to iCloud on your iPhone and then download the backup to your computer. And please note that the Line app should run the 6.4 or later version, and your iPhone should run iOS 8.1 or later. Here is guide for you.
Step 1. Connect your iPhone to a Wi-Fi network.
Please ensure your iPhone has connected to an available Wi-Fi network, or you might fail to make a backup of Line messages.
Step 2. Back up Line messages on iPhone.
Launch the Line app on your iPhone, and go to "More" > "Settings" > "Chats & Video Calls" > "Chat History Backup" > "Backup Now". Wait for a while till the backup process is completed.
