Please try to check your license code again from your licensed email (registered email), which is the email address you used when placing the order.
(1) Please confirm that this is the email address you used when placing your order, then open the email from support@2checkout.com;
(2) Find the email with the subject line "Your order on www.coolmuster.com/: Product and payment information".
(3) Open the email, you can find and copy your license code under the "Product / Subscription Information" section. If you can't find it, please check your spam/junk mail box.
You can also check your license code on the payment platform - 2Checkout (now Verifone). Here please be noted that if you have completed the order for a long time, you can't directly check the license code on the "Order Complete" page of the payment platform, but you can always check your license code on 2Checkout (now Verifone).
If you can't find your license code from the payment platform - 2Checkout (now Verifone) and your licensed email, please contact us for further assistance via email: support@coolmuster.com.
Please enclose your order information (such as order ID, email address, name you used when you purchased, etc.), which will help us exactly find your order in our database and send you the license code again. Please remember to back up the license code after you receive it.
