1. How do I remove the view password of PDF file with your remover software?
A: If you know the password, you can click the lock icon and enter the password, then click Start button to remove it. But if you forget it, then our software can't help you remove it. There are two kinds of password for PDF files, User password and Owner Password, they are different:
The user password is used to protect the PDF files from opening by others, you can called it open password or view password. Our software can't help you remove user password if you forget it.
The owner password is set to protect the PDF files from changing by others, such as printing, copying or editing and so on. Our software can help you remove it without any problems.
